Code of Conduct
At e& PPF Telecom Group, we are committed to conducting our business in a manner
that is ethical, lawful, and upholds the highest standards of integrity throughout
all jurisdictions in which we operate. The Group rigorously adheres to applicable laws,
international treaties, ethical norms, and principles of fair trade.
These fundamental obligations, which are binding upon both the Group and its employees,
are firmly established within the e& PPF Telecom Group Code of Conduct. It is the policy
of e& PPF Telecom Group to ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct in every aspect of
our operations and under all circumstances, thereby upholding the Group’s core principles,
values, and rules at all times.
Corporate Compliance Program
The Corporate Compliance program of the e& PPF Telecom Group is a framework of policies,
procedures and controls designed to ensure that e& PPF Telecom Group companies and their
employees, executives and board members, as well as other applicable stakeholders, adhere
to all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, and internal ethical policies.
Whistleblower Channels
The whistleblower channels are part of the Corporate Compliance program of the
e& PPF Telecom Group. They have been established as one of the means to detect unethical,
incorrect, unlawful or other conduct found to be inconsistent with the
e& PPF Telecom Group Code of Conduct.
Individuals who witness or suspect a potential violation can report their complaints using
any of the following channels:
- The Whistleblower module available below;
- e& PPF Telecom Group Ethics and Compliance Department at
whistleblower@eandppftelecom.eu;
- By phone to the e& PPF Telecom Group Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at

- The other whistleblowing channels available under the e& PPF Whistleblowing Policy,
a copy of which may be obtained as described below.
How Are Notifications Processed
The whistleblower channels serve as a confidential and voluntary channels for reporting concerns
or information that are not intended to be addressed publicly or directly. All notifications are
handled with discretion and confidentiality by the e& PPF Telecom Group Chief Legal &
Regulatory Officer. This process ensures that reports are managed in accordance with legal and
ethical standards.
How Can You Find Out the Outcome of the Processing of Your Notification
Notifications can be made anonymously or with contact details. If contact details are provided,
the e& PPF Telecom Group endeavors to provide information concerning the outcome of the investigation
directly to the notifier to the extent reasonably practicable, taking into account that specific
details may be limited by applicable confidentiality, privacy and data protection considerations.
For anonymous submissions, information concerning the outcome of the investigation can be accessed
on the website using a unique code generated at the time of submission, subject to the same potential
limitations concerning details of the outcome.
